Col Rajeev Sood is an experienced professional with demonstrated history of working at Strategic level for Infrastructure development in EPC & PPP projects including BOT, HAM & TOT Projects along with administrational & operational Management, procurement of Govt Contracts & contractual negotiations with vast experience in Executive & Construction management.

As Executive Director cum Regional officer of Manipur state with National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation limited has executed projects with an outlay 18000 crores (Approx). He has handled the road construction projects of Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur & Andaman Nicobar Islands along with PAN India contracting/execution of Multilevel Automated parking projects & the first Multimodal Logistics Project (MMLP) Jogigopa. He has to his of credit initialising of all DPR’s of Bharatmala, Backward Religious and Tourist (BRT) at Head Quarter National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) besides being Project Director (General Manager) of NHAI at Amravati (Maharashtra).

He comes with varied exposure of Tendering, Execution & Monitoring of Military Engineering Services (MES) of defence building projects of Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, West Bengal, Assam as Director Contracts of Chief Engineer Srinagar Zone & Chief Construction Engineer along with experience of handling & contracting projects in extreme cold climate.

Besides, above he has been instrumental in training Railway employees for Railway Engineer Regiment Territorial Army, construction, maintenance of bridges & roads in Jammu & Kashmir tenure with Border Road Organization (GREF) and had an exposure in Snow & Avalanche structures, including designing, execution of Snow Galleries, Snow Bridges in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) along with varied experience in Combat Engineering in high altitude and deserts during various operations.

He is Graduate in Civil Engineering from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur and Post graduate in Geotech Engineering from JECRC Jaipur along with Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Modern Management Pune.

He is fellow of Institute of Surveyors (India) and was bestowed with Army Commanders Commendation Card by GOC in C Western Command.
