Dr. Harikishan K. Reddy is the Chairman of Cube Highways Advisors, a leading entity in road operations and maintenance (O&M) within the highways and infrastructure sector. With over two decades of professional experience, he is widely recognized for his expertise in traffic engineering and transportation planning, playing a significant role in shaping India’s transportation infrastructure.

Dr. Reddy holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. He is also the founder of V R TECHNICHE – now known as Cube Highways Technologies – a consulting firm dedicated to delivering specialized solutions for the highway sector. His experience includes more than a thousand studies on travel demand estimation, network analysis, and operational efficiency.

His technical expertise encompasses intersection design, signal management, capacity and service-level analysis, and queue length evaluation at signalized intersections, etc. Dr. Reddy has also developed scientific methodologies for origin-destination travel demand matrix estimation from link volume counts and marginal trip totals. His pioneering work includes the application of fuzzy linear regression models for trip generation and route choice modeling in the face of uncertain information.
